TG Cap - No Girls Allowed In Dexter's Lab

I've searched high and low for the artist of this image, so if you know it let me know and I'll ask for permission and credit them accordingly. I'm a little busy over the next couple days, but I'm going to do my best to get as many caps uploaded as I can!

Apologies for any confusion caused but this is definitively an eighteen year old Dexter. I thought it was implied given the obvious age of the girl in the cap. But for those who weren't aware I'll make this statement here. If there are real concerns please hit me up and I'll take it down
